You may use Dexil to:

Generate strategic intelligence and market analysis for legitimate business purposes
Conduct company research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments
Create reports for internal decision-making, board presentations, and investment evaluation
Export and share reports within your organisation

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use Dexil to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
Produce analysis intended to manipulate markets, deceive investors, or commit fraud
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the Platform's methodology or AI workflows
Resell, redistribute, or white-label Dexil outputs without prior written agreement
Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls
Submit inputs containing personal data of individuals without their consent
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without authorisation
Introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the service

4. Output Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use and distribute Dexil's outputs. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may contain errors. You must verify critical findings before making consequential decisions. See our AI & Data Disclaimer for details.

5. Fair Usage

We reserve the right to limit usage that places excessive demand on the Platform or degrades the experience for other users. We will notify you before taking any action and work with you to find a suitable arrangement.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, suspension, or termination of your account. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking action, except where immediate action is required to prevent harm.
